Return, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy at Mybookstation.com
Our commitment at Mybookstation.com is to ensure a seamless and equitable experience for our customers when it comes to returns, refunds, and exchanges. To achieve this, we have established a clear and comprehensive policy.
Eligibility for Returns: Customers can request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Returns are primarily if the return is a result of an error on our part.
Return Authorization: Prior to returning any item, a return authorization number must be obtained by contacting our Customer Service at info@mybookstation.com. Unauthorized returns may result in disposal without a refund or exchange.
Return Process: Initiate a return by emailing return@mybookstation.com with your Authorization Number, Order Number and the email address linked to your account. Our team will guide you through the steps for returning your item.
Media Items: Returns for media items, such as Vinyl Records, DVDs, Video Games, etc., are accepted only if unopened and in their original condition.
Fees and Non-Refundable Costs: Be aware that we may charge restocking, handling, and return shipping fees for returns not caused by our error. Fees already paid, including delivery fees, taxes, and handling fees, are non-refundable. We may offer store credit or an exchange as an alternative to a refund.
Non-Returnable Items: Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for items under $15.00, requests made after 30 days, unwanted items, or violations of our terms and conditions.
Cancellation and Address Changes: Orders cannot be cancelled, or shipping addresses changed once an item has shipped.
Refunds: if a refund is owed due to our error or with our consent, store credit equivalent to the refund amount will be issued. This credit expires after 365 days and is valid only on Mybookstation.com. It cannot be transferred or gifted. If the purchase exceeds the store credit, the difference must be paid.
Discretionary Rights: We retain the right to refuse a return, refund, or exchange at our discretion.
